Accessible Study Spaces
Computers
- There are two wheelchair accessible quick-access computer stations at the island across from the Service Desk.
- The computer stations in the Alward Lab and just outside it are also accessible.
- For those with visual challenges, the Learning Commons has a screen / text magnifier and screen reader.
- You can also download Read&Write and use all its services for free on your computer or device as an NWP student.
Study Carrels
All the Learning Commons' study carrels are accessible.
Second Floor
There is an elevator past the Service Desk that you can use to access the second floor of the Learning Commons:
- Quiet study area (earplugs also provided on the round table next to the stairs on the main floor)
- More accessible study carrels
- The Testing Centre and other rooms used for accommodated exams can also be found on this floor.
