Introduction to Energy

Energy is a quantity used to describe the performance of work from one body to another.  The Law of Conservation of Energy states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, merely converted from one form to another.  In this section, we will introduce kinetic and potential energy, as well as work and power.  If there are other math fundamentals that you would like to brush up on, please visit the Math Guide for more!
