Accessibility Services

Current students that are seeking academic accommodations are encouraged to contact the AS office as soon as possible.

Please be aware there could be a delay in the commencement of services and specialized supports due to availability of resources and medical documentation. An Accessibility Advisor will discuss this in detail during the intake meeting.

To register with AS:

  1. Complete an online intake form at AS Clockwork login
  2. Submit medical documentation by email to AS@nwpolytech.ca
  3. Book an appointment with an Accessibility Advisor by phone at 780-539-2017 or email AS@nwpolytech.ca
  4. Meet with an Accessibility Advisor who will determine your accommodation eligibility to receive services and supports

If you are struggling academically and suspect a disability, please contact AS for more information on supports that may be available to you.
