Student Research Conference 2023

Student Research Conference 20223

The Student Research Conference is a celebration of the many kinds of research Northwestern Polytechnic students do every day, both in and out of the classroom. If you have a completed or in-progress project which involves some research (academic paper, technical report, poster, prototype or model, poem, short story, visual or performance art, etc.) that you are proud of this year, consider submitting it to the conference.

Conference Date: TBD May 2023

Times: 9:00am – 4:00 pm

Where: TBD in-person at NWP, GP Campus

Submission Deadline: Friday, March 17, 2022

Northwestern Perspectives

This year's theme is Northwestern Perspectives. Our institution has changed significantly in the past year, and we encourage you to pause and consider the view from here.

The word "northwestern" implies an entrepreneurial spirit forged by a combination of a resource economy and its challenges, remote communities, long winters, and ruggedly beautiful landscapes. As Northwesterners, our worldview is inevitably shaped by all those factors.

For this year's conference, we challenge you to submit a project that demonstrates, celebrates, or critically examines a northwestern perspective.
