Scholarships only available to apprentices

Starting in January 2015, you can apply for up to $4,000 in interest-free loans per period of technical training. The money will be available to you to help pay for tuition, tools, equipment and living expenses, to cover forgone wages or to help support your family.

An apprenticeship grant to further support women in entering, progressing, and completing their training in Red Seal trades where women are underrepresented. The Apprenticeship Incentive Grant for Women is a taxable cash grant of $3,000 per year/level (or equivalent) up to a maximum amount of $6,000 per person.

For registered apprentices who have completed first or second period training.

For journeypersons who have completed their certifcation in a Red Seal Trade by June 30th.
