How do I make an ILL request
When will my ILL requests arrive?
How will I know that my ILL requests have arrived?
NOTE: All Interlibrary Loan messages will come from the following email address: agpc@relaisill.com. Some email programs automatically filter this address, so check your junk mail folder periodically. You can also check the status of your requests by logging into your Interlibrary Loan account.
How long can I have my Interlibrary Loans?
What's the difference between a NEOS request and an Interlibrary Loan?
You have your own Interlibrary Loan account where you can place and keep track of your article/book requests. When your article/book arrives at the NWP Grande Prairie Learning Commons or NWP Fairview Learning Commons, you will receive an email message at your NWP email account. You can then pick up your article/book at the Circulation Desk.
How to Log In to your account to Request an article/book
Go to your Interlibrary Loan account.
User Login = barcode on your library card (e.g. 1930001234567)
Password = last four digits of barcode on your library card (e.g. 4567)
Your TAL (The Alberta Library) card
If you are a current NWP student, faculty, or staff, you can get The Alberta Library (TAL) card to borrow materials from other Alberta Libraries. Register for a TAL Card at one of the Circulation Desks.
